Our studio rental is conveniently located on the border of Cheektowaga & Buffalo NY off the 90. We offer two unique areas for any of your creative needs, a 400 sq ft open floor plan space and our 225 sq ft natural light space. Our multi-use space has been designed to be used by all creatives, Photography, Videography, Dance, Yoga and more.

Professional studio lighting and equipment is available to rent during studio rental hours for an additional charge. Please contact for details.

COVID-19 Updates for Safe Operations

COVID-19 and its variants are still in Western New York. In an effort to reduce transmission of the virus, Studio 1170 is continuing to implement safety precautions.

Studio Safety Guidelines:

There is currently a ten (10) person limit. This includes you, your team, and subject(s).
Please do not book if you or anyone on your team are feeling ill, have a temperature above 100.3° F, or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Please do not book if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 5-7 days.
Anyone who does not adhere to these guidelines will be asked to leave. Let’s keep everyone safe.

Sanitization of shared photography equipment, common surfaces like door knobs & light switches, cleaning of bathroom & dressing area
Hand sanitizer, disposable face masks, and anti-bacterial wipes are available
